Ingredients
- 200 gm Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 200 gm Sugar
- 1 cup Ashrafi
- ½ cup Walnuts
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 200 gm Butter
- few drops Vanilla essence
Cooking Method
Step 1
Beat eggs with sugar until until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Now add butter and beat until creamy.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, Sieve flour with baking powder. Add flour mixture into butter mixture.
Step 4
Add vanilla essence. Mix but dont over fold.
Step 5
Add ashrafi, walnut and mix. Pour batter in cake mould and bake it in oven on 200 c for 35 to 40 minutes or toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. Then cut into slices.
